At Siraats Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at returns@siraatskitchen.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused kitchenware in its original box, ensuring all protective inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
